I agree w the previous reviewer re splitting a 1 hour story into 2 30-min segments a week apart. Geez. Almost feels rigged to keep us coming back & that’s bothersome. Or worse, do they think listeners lack the bandwidth to process a full hour of a good story? No matter, I wait until the full story is released; probably others do the same. BTW: Most podcasts are min of 1-hour. “Acquired”, a business podcast, has 3-6 hour episodes & publish about 1x month. Good stories are easy to hear & the time zooms by.

I saw a couple negative reviews because of the two part episode. It didn’t bother me at all. Love Steve Buscemi’s opening remarks and thoroughly enjoyed every episode so far. It’s a great palate cleanser from the usual murder/true crime shows. I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a great listen.

This show is very similar to Datelines podcast design. Tight narration, musical background, factual evidence. They stick to pertinent details and skip the rumors that lead to nothing except a longer podcast as some are apt to do. Look forward to hearing more of these stories.

I love Steve Buscemi but, just as others have said, he is barely part of it. He’s a hook to get you listening. That being said, the stories are fun and interesting! I will keep listening.
