Thank you Gene for reminding and re-educating me on this important topic. I’m 67 years of age and only played high school and college football for a total of eight years. I don’t think I’m affected but who knows. When this subject first became widely known and I became aware of the term ‘ race norming’ it made me furious. Over time I had forgotten why I stopped watching football. Thank you for the reminder.
I love this pod

Never misses a beat. I have listened for 4 years. Always thoughtful, always kind, always refreshing. Provides context for so many historical events in an authentic and sincere way. Could not love this more.
Never disappoints

I have been listening to this podcast for a long time, and I (like other reviewers) was shocked to see 1 and 2 star reviews. I honestly can’t think of one episode that falls short for me. They cover a broad variety of topics in an insightful, thought-provoking way, and several of the episodes have moved me to the point of sharing them with friends and on social media (I don’t post much these days). This is one of those podcasts where I filter out the played episodes to make sure I have listened to them all. Haven’t gotten through them all yet, but tbh this is my go-to podcast at the moment. I know I will never be bored and will come away having learned something.
Excellent Show
