There are a bunch of health apps out there but I FINALLY feel at home here. It feels like they made this very carefully. The GLP-1 medication tracking is complete and obvious, but it’s not in your face. Terrific coaching to guide me to a healthy lifestyle and I’m so excited about it I had my wife get it, too! She’s not on a GLP-1 but the app gives you the option to de-select GLP-1 if you’re not on one. Love it!

It’s not the best
I like some features in the app, but when you log your meals the app gets it wrong sometimes and there’s not really a way to log how many servings you had for a meal. I use another app to log my meals with a barcode that is free to use. This app doesn’t have a barcode scanner and it doesn’t calculate calories, so you have to ask the coach how many calories you ate and it gets it wrong all the time. It also doesn’t have a way to cancel your subscription in the app so I had to contact support through their website and I’m waiting for a response.
Awesome
This app has changed my life. From tracking my shots to my daily meals and water intake. I mean what app can you take a picture and it logs . Or text it even if you are guessing portions it figures out how to get the right nutritional facts. This has truly help me on my weight loss journey. Especially tracking my protein . I’m impress.
