Every time 5paisa app got hanged why you need most active service. You won’t be able to order or modify or square off easily it takes lot of time and very often got hanged or not take you order successfully. You will get frustrated after using 5paisa mobile application it’s impossible to gain any profit from mobile app every time you will loose something here in 5paisa mobile app. I hope they will listen this update their app because I have mailed lot of time for this but they say please reinstall the app and I have done this lot of time so please if anyone say to you that do this then don’t listen bcz it’s waste of time infact 5paisa app itself very slow not properly upto the mark. It is nowhere in competition with other Broking app. Only use 5paisa when they assure you that you won’t be loose any money because of app problem otherwise they will repay you.

App Getting Slower in New Version
Hi Team,
I am using this app last 2 years. I updated to new version which is very slow and hanging while placing order. Please do the changes to old version else change version, which will give faster results. I need another small help to adding a option for changing quantity in default placing order list. I am getting default quantity as 1, and it is not having option to change. I can change intraday to delivery order as default but not quantity. I like for placing order in single click based on default set up.

If still issue persists, kindly go to app and Go to Menu - Customer Support - Submit a query - Raise a ticket. We will get the issue resolved at the earliest
iOS and web app need alot of improvenments
There are so many issues I am facing last week:
1. Whenever I order lumpsum MF it always shows pending with pay now button. Why this pay now even if my payment deducted successfully. Even after days it is showing same status.
2. The worst thing is that when I start to invest in MF selected the fund and select one time and then it take me to the next screen and the it is selecting sip again and if I order it assuming it is lumpsum but it is starting sip 😀
If I enter amount and then I change it to lumpsum again in second screen it resets the amount 🤣🤣🤣
And today the bad thing happining even From last night it is not opening the payment page
“Your ordered could not be processed, try after some time”
Provide proper services on weekends because so many peoples sent time on your app to invest.
3. Why there is just a small button or portfolio?
Dont you thing my portfolio must be the landing page when I navigate to MF?
I think the expectations are high and UI UX needed alot of improvements.
4. Regarding Web: When I opened MF from main page it is keep try to open the page but stuck on spinner which was in loop trying to open the page. not properly redirecting
IOS app was searching the funds but web not showing anything since today morning.
If have spent alot of time writing this review just because you should make this app better else I need to thing about it.
