I’ve really enjoyed listening to this podcast throughout my pregnancy. I’m now 36 weeks, and realised this week how much I’ve learned just listening to the stories of other women, and how this has really helped me for my own birth.

Updated - still love the podcast however found the guest on 529 tone deaf and was very uncomfortable with her implying that essentially it’s someone’s fault for having a rough postpartum because they just didn’t have a positive mindset, it’s a bit icky and frankly dangerous. I really love this podcast, it’s so informative and interesting! I’ve learnt so much about pregnancy and birth from listening to each episode. It’s great up hear so many different experiences, and has really opened my eyes up to all the difference things that can happen during labour, as well as what sorts of support, pain relief, midwifery options there is available etc. Keep up the good work Sophie, you are doing such an amazing and important job.
