I love the teleprompter app. It has made making videos so much easier. I don’t have to stop to think what I am going to say next. I love the fact that I can set the speed that the text scroll onto the screen. This keeps me from talking to fast. Since I can’t read any faster than the text is presented. Also since it is just below the camera, it does not actually look like I am reading the text.
Simple And Does The Job
I've tried several and—while there are numerous paid alternatives that have more features and/or a slicker interface—most of the implementations I've seen of those 'extra' features have been poor or feel bolted on, and the overall user experience reflects that.
This one seems to avoid that issue by bringing just enough to the table feature-wise to reliably function, while keeping the operation process simple and straightforward.
Overall the best
I've tried several of these. None of them are perfect but this is the best of what I've found. I like how I can see myself while reading what I'm recording. The speed of the script thing can use some improvement as that's where I spend most of my time trying to find the right speed so I'm not talking too fast or too slow. But everything else is great!
