I admit that I kind of regretted picking this book, at first. I try really hard not to judge a book by its cover and, even though I absolutely love this cover, I was thinking it might be a bit “campy” with the whole bull-looking beast. I am so happy I was wrong! This story had everything…
I loved the characters. They’re multifaceted with so many hidden layers that it’s impossible to figure them out immediately. The plot was intriguing, original, and kept me guessing for most of the book. It had excitement, mystery, romance, humor and was deliciously spicy. The world building was so good that I could vividly picture each “realm” as it was described.
Now, I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
The old saying, “Never judge a book by its cover”, is absolutely true just about every time. Beautiful cover or misleading cover, you’re usually going to be wrong, and that’s a good thing!.

Cute and spicy. It doesn’t take itself to seriously but it’s got enough spicy things to keep it interesting while getting you emotionally involved.

Gifted to the Beast
Wow, never expected the chain of events that took place to even be part of this book. Holly and Klawz have both been through a rough time, but for Klawz I would have to say it felt like an eternity and then to Holly in his head while he dreams of him was a refresher to what life was actually like in the wastelands. I love that Holly truly is a fighter, determined and love hard. I also,, love the Klawz is very protective of Holly, but at the same time keeping her at a distance. I love that as time goes on Klawz begin to see the innocence about her and her tru nature. I have to say I admire him for not wanting to tell Holly the whole truth about herself. Most of all I love the love they both share with each other and the depth they would go for their love of each other.
