His Blue Note debut with The Drumhedz, a creative community as much as a band, finds him conjuring songs and sonic panoramas in the company of guitarist Isaiah Sharkey, keyboardist James Poyser of The Roots, and others. Anderson .Paak's guest turn on "Black Hole" is a standout, as is the lilting, beautiful "Job Well Done," with vocals by Anna Wise and SiR.
