The kahla app includes a state of the art menstrual cycle feature that provides AI-powered, personalized recommendations based on the different phases of the cycle. The kahla cycle syncing recommendations can help you optimize your nutrition, exercise, sleep and mental health habits in line with your unique hormone patterns.

SYMPTOM TRACKING

Be it PMS, unexplained headaches, pregnancy or menopause symptoms, the kahla journal feature makes it easy to track any symptoms that might be bothering you. Spend as little as one minute each day to journal your symptoms, and the kahla AI-powered insights will show you patterns and correlations across all your data.

EXTERNAL BIOMARKERS - CGM

More data points about your health can make the difference between feeling fine and feeling great. The kahla app integrates with CGMs (continuous glucose monitor) to give you real-time feedback of blood glucose levels and insights into your individual response to food and the hormonal changes related to PCOS, pregnancy, menopause or your cycle. More external biomarkers such as hormonal testing coming soon.
