She is also founder and president of Abrige Corp., which offers the Aligned Momentum (A.M.)® program and software to help managers lead. A.M. transforms performance management into performance momentum.

The world of work is constantly changing around us and it’s important to take risks and pivot when the “old ways” are no longer working.
