I ordered through beyoung website. Pros : easy to place order. Product quality is in proportion to price. Cons: very very hard to cancel/return a order. There is no cancel button and chat communication is pathetic....it's keep on waiting... We don't know if we our request is acknowledged or ignored after multi attempts. Need to make return/cancel easy for user. Next time (even if I like the product) I will think 10 times before placing order due to 'easiness' in return/cancel process.

App, return and refund, customer service
I placed an order for combo t-shirts and there was 15% off, I applied the offer then select COD(charges 50) then after checkout the 15% off was gone and the order had been placed with no button to cancel the order. Tried to contact customer service by clicking on help then there’s a msg saying no representative available. Then i have sent an email but didn’t get a reply. I thought maybe there’s a glitch. So I went back to the app and made another order applied the 15% off still the amount was higher even before applying discount. With frustration the order was delivered, made the payment. After that I was able to chat with customer support. The conversation was a disaster. The rep told me we can’t give you a refund but we can give you coupons. Are you being serious? Did I buy your product with coupons!
Anyway, i just want to let everyone know what my issue was. Overall, they need to develop their app and add cancel button and an easy way to chat with support.
My suggestion is just use another online marketplace.

Unreachable/Non responsive support
I bought three T shirts from you guys, and the fit was horrible within 48 hours I tried to place a return but it didn’t work - the chat on the app is useless no one responds in time only after 15-20 minutes - and when they do they don’t check the problem statement written by customers while they were waiting to connect with someone and the chatBot asked the customer to share a detailed problem and someone will get back to them. Well yes someone does responds back after 15-20 minutes - but somehow even after allowing notification from Beyoung on my iPhone I don’t get a notification for the chat - anyways I also wrote to support but no response yet. Useless app and support staff -
