Low login instructions & Poor customer service
Logging in the app with applying all required information and instructions but not activated then I contacted customer service but to no avail nb their response for my issue
1- “ the activation order confirmation need to more images and data about any license or card as well as the images that I already sent ( Personal ID & medical credit card ) nb this instruction doesn’t exist/unavailable on Souhoola app during logging/entry data .
2- I asked them to determine the mean time (period) to solve my issue (login again )MTTR but they don’t have any answer !!!!!!

Bad Follow up from customer support
I registered a year ago. I mistakenly missed a document while registering and has been locked. I contacted call center and i was told to try again after 6 months. Now it’s a year so I contacted them again to be told that there is no time limit for being unlocked. It will be subject to the management only.
So i will remove the application and use other that offer more credibility.
