Description
The 1st and only app across India to publish official warnings for all disasters from authorized sources.
SACHET, pan-India based mobile application implemented by NDMA(National Disaster Management Authority), and is part of CAP(Common Alerting Protocol) project implemented in India. The application acts as alert dissemination media for the common people before, during & after any disaster. It disseminates area-specific alerts to Indian Citizens from various Alert generating agencies and all 36 states/UTs Disaster Management Authorities.
The app provides simple interface to view disaster early warnings and alerts across the entire country.
It will notify the different disaster alerts to Indian citizens and provide disaster alert specific Do's and Don'ts with read-out loud feature to cater to specially-abled.
In addition to the present location, the app offers the opportunity to subscribe to other locations.
It also shows the current as well as subscribed location weather details.
The interface of app is readily available across 12 Indian regional languages to help penetrate disaster information and relief to every corner of the country.

Performance in iOS
The app doesn’t open in iOS after the recent update.
Must have app for disaster warnings in India
The app shows the disaster information in real time. And provides notifications for my areas of interest as well. The disaster guide helps to prepare before disasters.
Frequent unexpected closing of app after the latest update
The app closes itself when an active alert is opened to get more details.
This is a redundant issue happening every time.
Bug fix is needed here otherwise app is good.
