This episode was yummy. It was personal and specific. I always love when someone shares their personal story, what they have learned and what they do differently. Both of these women shared some valuables that I believe are essential for having a successful career. The advice to take inventory of the things you enjoy and don’t stay in a role that you don’t like was edifying. I felt like they were calling us to live in our values and not to settle for less.

Todd was amazing. Franklin Covey has been around for a while. I will definitely purchase his books. It is important to have great relationships in the workplace. We all have value and have input in the workplace but as leaders we must be able to hear the voice and concerns of all members of the team. As he plainly stated micro managing does not work and may work against you. This was a very good and interesting topic. Thank you.
