Renee Merrifield is the BC Liberal MLA for Kelowna-Mission, currently running for the BC Liberal Party leadership. She is also the CEO of Troika Developments.

She was the Official Opposition Critic for Health, prior to running for the BC Liberal leadership. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for a number of organizations, including the Interior Health Authority, Renee served as an executive member on the Westbank First Nation Economic Development Commission board, Canada’s first First Nation Economic Development Council, from 2008-2011.
