Insightful!

Really interesting to get an insiders perspective on the trials and tribulations of Paul’s guests on how they balance health and wealth. Anyone in their 20s and 30s would benefit from the pearls in these episodes which make you re-evaluate what you’re doing. You can also get a sense of Paul giving you opportunities to do the internal work by giving you exercises to journal or think about. You can tell his intentions are all around growth and becoming the best version of yourself.
