Today I had the opportunity to chat with both the marketing director and CEO of Paw network. Dr. Carlo Riolo is the CEO of PAW Health Network in Wisconsin. He along with his wife and fellow veterinarian Dr. Katie Niksich (Pronounced Nick-sitch) founded PAW Health in 2015 with the vision of being the force of change in the veterinary profession. Carlo has 15 years of after-hours and emergency medicine experience which he is now using to develop the PAW Health Education System as well as spearheading the MSU House Mentorship System. PAW Health Network has been able to create a patient care model focused on availability and affordability that has been unmatched in the competitive landscape all while building a team of over 50 staff having a shared purpose and individual wellbeing. In today’s episode, we got to talking about the infinite mindset. This concept is all about collaborating with as many veterinary professionals as possible to improve the industry as a whole. We also discussed how the industry as a whole is changing and what we need to do now in order to ensure its success in the future.
