“Have an operating system. All companies that get to any kind of success level in size have an operating system. It’s their own. It ends up being their own… Like I said, everybody knows what the operating system is. It’s got to be predictable; it’s got to be aligned with the mission, vision, and values. Great entrepreneur content!

This podcast is a great resource for entrepreneurs to learn from CEOs who’ve already paved the way. Ami does a great job at creating and developing conversation that allows guests to open up, share and explain their stories. As an entrepreneur, I find it all very helpful and relevant. Some of it is clarity on things I already knew a little about, while other content is eye-opening. Personally, I love listening to everyone’s story and life perspectives after achieving so much, especially what motivated them before compared to now. Thanks, Ami! I appreciate your work!!
