Almost perfect

Before paying to upgrade from Capo 2 (which doesn’t work with Yosemite), I decided to see if there was anything else that would work for me. I’m glad I tried this, because it works better than Capo did (Capo was buggy). It does everything I did with Capo: changes speed/pitch, makes loops, and exports the adjusted tracks. I never used Capo’s chord recognition, so I don’t miss it.

The only thing I do miss about Capo is the ability to save my settings for each track. Capo would save a native file that would open the track with my speed and pitch adjustments and loops still intact. It's annoying having to readjust everything and relocate the sections to loop. But that’s my only complaint, and for 1/6 the cost of Capo I can deal.

This was exactly what i was looking for and for $5, you’re getting a great product. To slow a song down to get the notes easier and not to change the pitch, unless requested, is better than the old rocktron cassette tape device back in the 80’s and 90’s. Also, this kind of thing can be done on very expensive studio software, but why spend thousands when you can spend way less to do the purpose?

Awesome App!

It works great to slow down songs but keep them in pitch to figure out fast leads, bass lines and rhythms. Easy to use and I love the repeat feature to be able to focus in and perfect parts.

It is also great to adjust pitch to the key you are playing in and practice along in that key at normal tempo.
