Acct deactivated need to call customer service?

Tried to reset password. even though my pw fulfill criteria of 8 alphanumeric with at least 1 uppercase still show error pw nt accepted. Managed to key in a super long pw then when i tried to proceed app tells me acct deactivated and need to call customer support. It is just a 7e app and why do i need to call customer support to reactivate. So ridiculous

Brief your own staff how to use the app.

Birthday redemption failure. I want to redeem my birthday redemption slurpee but failed miserably. You guys never aware your staff about your own app? They had no idea how to redeem my slurpee and end up people queuing so long. You guys should brief your staff how to use your own app. Your own My7E app. They had no idea how to use the app. The staff said my user ID is invalid. I tried to complain at “contact us” section at your own app and turns out the app wont let me submit. So i came here. I know it just a slurpee it’s not a big deal. What i want to complain here is please brief your staff how to use the app and update your app frequently.

The worst app ever!!

This is the worst app ever created on planet Earth. Cashier scan my voucher but made a mistake on the payment option, he then cancel the current transaction and rescan all my items and voucher again but the voucher said its already used. Dev come on, you guys never think of this scenario before? Got UAT team or not? Don’t need to reply to this review. No point. Go and fix the problem instead of wasting time replying the reviews. If you reply meaning you are useless.
