Long time listener of Fear and Greed and proud to say that I got in at the ground floor of Safeword too.
It’s such a fantastic show, I feel like I’m eavesdropping on 3 boys up the back of the bus who are giggling about how ‘naughty’ they are. When in fact you’ve got Sean calling the shots (he’s probably repeated a couple of years and is now bullying Adam into doing his homework), Adam quietly taking the hits whilst plotting world domination one spreadsheet at a time and ‘The Difference’ modelling himself in Sean’s image and snickering every time he says the word erotic.
Please keep doing what you’re doing - I’m the girl two rows in front laughing at all your jokes and sticking gum under the seat.
Silence is golden
I was quite surprised by Michael Thompson’s feelings of insecurity when I hadn’t responded to his desperate pleas to get a mention.
I must admit that Michael ‘The Difference’ Thompson is the funny one on the show and after listening to his DIY confessions, has no chance of getting the title ‘The Smart One’. As to his snappy dress sense, I can’t comment so will need to leave that to Sean and Adam.
Again, I’ve loved listening to the serious shows during the week followed by the weekend’s more light hearted review of the week. Michael’s competitive nature really comes out on a Saturday. Is there money on the line for ‘winning’ the show?
Perhaps more concerning Michael, is that I’m getting to like Adam more and more. I too am a techno dinosaur 🦕, love spreadsheets (I even plan my holidays on them) and the best one, I also have a cavoodle! 🐶
Keep up the great work - the three of you make a well balanced team: Sean ‘Silver Linings’ Aylmer, Michael ‘The Difference’ Thompson and Adam ‘L-Dog’ Lang. Kind of reminds me of another famous trio - Moe, Larry and Curly.
And BTW - yes I am quite handy in the DIY space 😁.
