We are a financial co-operative based in Wirral.
Members can now access Wirral Credit Unions’ services from our mobile app.
Existing members can quickly verify they are the account holder and sign in.
Using fingerprint or pin login, users can access balance information, apply for a share withdrawal or loan, check for the result of applications and upload documents as required.
Loan interest rates: From 12.68% APR to 42.6% APR.
Loan term: 3 months to 3 years.

Doesn’t recognise my login details
Not working
Can’t log in. Download app, asks for biometrics - link Face ID up - keeps going off. If I select it without, it says needs biometrics but I have iPhone 12 no finger print just facial recognition and it’s not working.

Awful app
Logs you out finger print works for a bit then doesn’t recognise it drives me insane then can’t ring as hours are closed when you finish work 😪
