A Must Listen for Film Collectors and Audio Visual Enthusiasts
I've followed this guy for years on youtube and the podcast solidified my love of the Films At Home channel! Not only is it different from the youtube show, but each episode is different and I love that. This show does a great job at talking about movie collecting, but from an angle of home theater as well. I loved the episode with the guys from SVS, and how niche this show gets with every topic! Can't wait for season 2.
Absolutely phenomenal!
I have been into physical media collecting for quite a while. Being relatively young, I have found it really difficult to locate an outlet for this hobby that I am very passionate about. Other YouTube channels and podcasts are serviceable, sure, but they either do not discuss this particular subject very often or just seem very unattainable.
Jeff is different.
While his physical media collection is absolutely ridiculous, he feels just like one of us regular collectors. Someone that I, a 21-year-old collector, can relate to. Such a calm and soothing presence that talks about everything that I love about collecting 4K’s and Blu-rays.
Films at Home is one of my favorite YouTube channels, and this podcast ensures that I can always listen to more while on the go! For any physical media collectors, or just lovers of movies in general, look no further! This is the real deal!
Must listen
One of my favorite go to channels for movie news on YouTube is now doing this excellent podcast.
The angle of this show is from a physical media collector’s pov. There are lots of subtle aspects to collecting that straightforward movie review shows will neglect. Not here, this guy is sharp and has obviously been collecting for a long time. Very insightful and interesting to listen to.
