Great service!

I recently booked a diabetes care package for my mother who has diabetes. I was impressed by the wide range of lab tests available and I could easily find what I was looking for. i must say the entire experience was smooth.
The sample was collected on time. i felt so relieved to see that the phlebotomist followed all safety precautions like wearing masks and following all hygiene protocols. She was skilled and efficiently collected the sample. She engaged in a pleasant conversation with my mother. Her kind gesture really helped my mom feel more at ease.
Within 24 hours, we received the test reports which were verified and signed by a medical practitioner. Also what made me happy was that i could save a good amount on the test. Overall I am really satisfied with their services. Thank you Pharmeasy for making testing from home so easy!

Fraud company

I had ordered truhabit sunscreen but they delivered me undry sunscreen stick as it may have price difference for these little amounts and things nobody waste time calling and mailing them again and again. Customer support is also very useless, they have no policy to help customers. They are themselves helpless because of their customer fooling policies. They will just say you sorry with their repeated same lines but can’t give you solutions. They don’t have any exchange policies but you can return and reorder but for return also they cannot help with pick up service according to customers convenience during weekdays. If you are not available and cannot pickup call of courier pickup person. They will just complete their formalities by calling you 1-2 times and then cancelled your pick up and even you call back they don’t reply and take calls. Initially company was working well few years back but now they are worst in the market. Why would somebody order from them rather one should go to the market and pick things immediately when online service is also has so much fuss then buying things from shop is more easy and convenient. And there are also 1000 options online other than pharmeasy why do you think customer should order from you when you are making fool of customers and wasting their time and literally irritate them to the extent. Worst customer support and experience from last few orders. Not worth it. - ve star rating should be there to give you people.

Fraud company

I had booked Infrarex hexa vaccination on the 7th of Dec 2022 , I received the vaccination in a bubble wrap hence I read the name and stored it in the refrigerator as it was supposed be stored under cold temperature, the next day that was the 8th of Dec 2022 I had been to the doctor for vaccination , the doctor opened the wrap and the box was seal open due to which the doctor denied immediately as it was a vaccination for the baby , she dint want to risk it, so therefore she bought the same medicine from the hospital pharmacy and used it , i have the bills of the same vaccination purchased again on the same day, I immediately placed a return request and they took it back on 9th , I received no update even after several attempts, I was told that an investigation was going on. 3 weeks later I received an update stating I get no refund , if they informed me earlier that it would be rejected , I could get the cctv footage from home and hospital , since it’s been more than 15 days I have no access to footage as my cctv gives a record of the latest 15 days now they have my amount (3000 Rupees) and the product with them and responding that they have no solution on the same . Now what kind of response is this from your end ? Giving the damaged product and making us wait for 3 weeks and giving no solution is a fraud behaviour.
