What’s New
Version 4.1.1
For your security, you will be required to verify your identity and enable Multifactor Authentication when you log into your account. This adds another layer of protection to safeguard your account and keep it secure.
We have also made enhancements to improve your overall app experience.

In this day and age you’d think a sophisticated business like Star could easily integrate Face ID or fingerprint to sign in but no, still living in the past where you have to enter your card number every time. Ridiculous and also plain lazy!
Most recent update doesn’t work
Updated app yesterday or day before, was able to login through Face ID or password now saying something went wrong please try again later since then when trying to login. Something to do with MFA update probably. Where it started from But can’t login anymore to check account settings.
Tried logging into website, can’t even do that now .
Poorly designed app
Almost every time you have to log into this app you have to enter your user ID and password - and it’s not compatible at all with the Apple password app as it populates the password then you have to go back and enter your user ID. And then 2FA. Then you set up Face ID in the app. This should be all good but a few hours later you have to do the whole process again. No wonder that Star is going broke!
