The app is great, super easy to use and navigate. Very quick to get to what i’m looking for. I’ve ordered many shoes from this company and just keep ordering more because the prices are great and the quality is even better. Seriously don’t think i will be buying sneakers or hiking shoes from any other brand from now on. I currently have 3 pairs and have 4 on the way that i recently ordered. Rocky the CEO is great and you can really see his passion for creating great products and giving to the community. Following their insta page is a must! Amazing discounts too!

I love to support black businesses and most do a tremendous job but this has not been my experience with ROCKDEEP. My first order was quick delivery and great quality. My second order consisted of two pair of shoes and a clothing item. I received the shoes within two weeks. Til this day no clothing item since April 5th 2022. My cart still says order is being prepared for shipping. And no less than 8 emails and 5 months later with customer service, they agreed to refund my money back in September 2022. It is now February 2023 and I have received no refund or product. Better business bureau is my next move and I have ceased to recommend ROCKDEEP to friends. Do better please. You’re making us look bad.
