Takes over cam and mic access and doesn’t let go despite no camera and mic usage
It takes over the camera and mic access even when not in use- doesn’t let go access even after consultation.
Complained to them repeatedly but they just ignore it repeatedly.
Very Poor service
I booked appointment 2 times, 1st time call could not start and it failed. 2nd time I was not able to start the consultation, due to system error.
On top of that no one bother to attend call on customer care number.
