Lost in Indigo

I could not put this book down. I was so intrigued I burnt several meals while preparing them because I was lost on the world of Indigo. I hate that I read Indigo out of preset but oh well gives me a excuse to read it again after I go back and read the 1st book in this series 😄

Hello Ms. Jenkins,
Thank you for using your awesome literary skills, in the genre of historical romance, to open my heart, mind and soul to amazing journeys of black love. Indigo allowed me to understand that even in the most horrific history of slavery, there is hope that great love actually existed. In reading this story, I also gained immense knowledge of pivotal historical facts (people, place, events and dates) that impacted the race. Thank you for reinforcing the importance of reading. You are a phenomenal human being, teacher and author. 10/23/2022
