Everyday mental health!

I’ve been using this app for a few years now . Always terrific prompts for thoughtful consideration. There is a wonderful community that is available. The monthly themed calendar is printable and gives daily ideas/activities that will promote healthy living. Also at the first of the month there is a video where the theme of the month will be explained with a few ideas to get you started. Throughout the month there will be a couple interviews with authors/experts who will challenge us .
I would not want to do without. I hope you will give it a try and join us for Action for Happiness.

Excellent app!

I absolutely love this app! I use it every day to help keep my focus on positive things. There are so many resources to use within the app. My favorite though, is the twice daily notification to go click on the memes that someone has chosen with great care.

This app helps to improve the daily mental health aspect of my life.

Supportive and Encouraging

The community on here is awesome, very nice to see what people around the world are doing to try to encourage each other and show what gives them joy. The daily messages are also nice to see pop up on your phone to give you a little boost.
