Needs improvement, seriously…
You’re able to register your vehicle on this app but for some reason lately, I cannot use the app to book for service appointment or can I view my service history. Used to work nicely few months back but now it’s pretty much useless to me
Service Booking
The apps was overall in good condition. But having some inconveniences recently for Service Booking as the apps will show lot of time slot available but later failed to Book. This was later confirmed by the Service Center employee that the slot is fully book. Hope the booking between the apps and center is sync to avoid time wasting and user can see if the service center is fully book.
Overall a Nice App
I’ve been a Nissan car owner for more than 3 years and overall I’m quite happy with the DriveOn app.
However I couldn’t find a way to update Owner’s Profile within the app as I was looking for a way to update my phone number. Would be great if there’s a straightforward way to update Owner’s profile as well. Hope to get this in the next update!
