Very professional and trustworthy

I’ve been buying and returning from noon since they launched in Egypt, and I can’t say other than that I’ve had a great experience in all of our interactions!

One of the best things about them is that the delivery agents are mostly very polite and professional, and their service quality keeps evolving and getting better! Returns are managed very professionally and easily. I can’t ever recall having a bad experience with them. Always my first choice when I wanna buy online.

In my opinion the apps ui is better than Amazon’s, much less cluttered and easy to use and navigate! Overall better quality, because they focus more on the quality not the quantity.

If I would give suggestions for improvements I would say:
- The old wishlist experience was much better, the new wishlist is so hard to remove items from and just keeps loading the whole page from the top when I remove an item, becomes really frustrating when you have 80+ items in your list!!!

Bad service and quality

I ordered a laptop holder, but I received different material than I ordered. At the first call with customer care, my impression from the representative was that she had received the big problem and it was v. a fake representative, and she told me it’s ok, we will return the product to the quality department to check the product and give feedback within 8 days to give you feedback, and it's too much time to get feedback without giving me other options like if you can take a photo with the product to double check or any other things. For the second call, I know that at the first call, she did not complain to the seller because this thing is optional. At this time, I do not feel safe because, by logic, this is not a normal situation, and you must do that. After I told her that, of course, I needed to file a complaint for my case and needed any one of the complaint team to call me to give me more support. She told me that I would receive a call within 3 days, but after 5 days I received an unhelpful call. without any other input from the other two calls. At the end, I hope this message is received by all. Noon, which has very bad customer care, is not supported. For the compliance team, this team is also useless because they told me they were sorry and did not give me other options or the support that I must receive

Noon Egypt has a lot of fake sellers and products.

Delivery not Complete

The delivery guys are either not professional or lazy. I’ve made the purchase and paid by credit card. So usually no need to call to check if I’m home, you can just pass and put the items at gateman or to the flat ?? But even though, they the delivery associate never made a call!! I tried to call him using the phone number giving from noon sms, but his phone number is off all the time!
This is the third day I’m receiving calls from noon center to follow my order and I repeatedly approve to reschedule but never delivered yet. A mother phone number called just yesterday and said he is busy and asked to reschedule the delivery for the next day and he was complaining that I’m not giving him tips !!!!!!!! What’s wrong with you guys ?
