Issues with Log in due to privacy permission
I’m having trouble logging into my account using the app, however no issues if I use device or dekstop browser. After much troubleshooting with the help of customer service, which I really appreciate, it turns out the error was due to privacy permission particularly IDFA in iPhones.
What this means is each time a new app is installed (for iOS 14.5 or higher) the device will prompt a pop up ‘Allow app to track activity across other companies’. Allowing this permission will solve the log in issues in iOS, however this will come a compromise of private information which easyparcel can track and share with others for whatever reasons they need. I’m not sure why disabling this remove my access to use the app fully without compromise as no such issues with other apps. So overall, this is very shady on easyparcel app side. If other users are okay with your data being tracked and shared, feel free to allow access to use app fully. Vice versa, you are better off with alternatives. I hope the app developer can take a look into this make necessary amendments.
Browser slow app can’t order for delivery
Really annoy when the browser can’t load and the app can’t order yet. Please improve fast the app
weight discrepancy issue
Today, got a text from easyparcel saying i needed to pay rm600++ (for international delivery) due to weight discrepancy. They only charge me using "volumetric weight" (16kg) instead of actual weight of 2.3kg. without my agreement whether i should settle it or they can return it. none. they dont ask any of these. They say I still need to pay and without any consideration, there is no discount, no further helpful clarification from them.
I just cant let it go. It hurts me cause ive been using it for 1-2 years and this happened. Been braging at people to use easyparcel. But now. Please dont use. or else be VERY careful to use both actual weight & dimension of your box/parcel while quoting for the cost.
DISSATISFIED customer & will never use their services.
