… this is a much better version! Before, I couldn’t even cancel orders through app (or atleast, couldn’t find how to at all). Before, it was impossible to even place an order through such a glitchy app. New version has made it user friendly and it’s a version that works, so I’m all for the new update and look and couldn’t care about any ads. Unlike other apps, this one doesn’t have annoying pop up ads - they’re simply relevant ads on the home page from local businesses, or ads that I may benefit from, such as tutoring or free access to Microsoft and at times, I click on them IF I want to. The ads are not forced upon you via pop ups. Thank you for this new version. I can order uniforms, tickets and food online with a breeze, unlike before.

The worst feature - I have to check out 4 seperate times to order my 2 kids lunch at both breaks. Even the most basic online ordering system (which you school previously used) wasn’t this poor. Also tries to push you into holding money in an account (no doubt to make sure the money is sitting with them and making them a profit), sharing high fees and sending incessant reminders to do so when you commit the cardinal sin of paying with a card. I got 8 emails for what should have been a single order, 1 for each kid at each break and 4 emails telling me my ‘balance was low’ even though I had no intention of using an account balance. Continues the trend of garbage app developers focussing far too heavily on the front end of their products and not ensuring functionality is at the forefront.
