Creatine has long been thought of as a weight gain supplement for body builders and football players. But a plethora of research shows that it can also reduce muscle loss as we age, boost brain health and promote muscle recovery, among other benefits. Sports dietitian and nutrition consultant Tavis Piattoly, MS, RD, LDN, joins us to explain more.
