As the new underboss of the Venturi crime family, Alessandro's first mission was to take out the men responsible for attacks on his new don and donna. But things don't go as planned when one of his men finds himself with a life-threatening injury.

To save his friend, Alessandro heads to the hospital to take what he needs, the beautiful and smart surgeon he finds leaving the hospital at the end of her shift.
