A fantastically enlightening and compassionate discussion between two daughters of the subcontinent! Mishal Husain has rightly attracted criticism in recent years over her impartiality at the BBC, but this conversation certainly puts that in perspective.

Some great topics are chosen for discussion but then this is let down by the atrocious recording quality. Which is unusual for such a professional media outlet. Both the one-to-one recordings and the group discussion infront of an audience sound like they are recorded on a 1980s cassette tape put infront of the TV speaker.

I have unsubscribed Very shallow, enforcing biased opinions based on speculation and making it sound like facts.

Enjoy the range of guests and topics. The interview with Ian Hislop was particularly good.

Very good range of topics, with high quality discussion. Shame about the music - but then it is rubbish on most podcasts.

As you would expect with debates, I agree wholeheartedly with some of the arguments and felt some were foolishly naive. I was convinced by some contributors to reassess my own views but felt that some of the contributors that I didn’t like with were given undue prominence. Perfect: 5 out of 5 stars!

3 mins of offer advertising before the programme starts is too long. Interesting guest once I got through that. Have multiple guests might add more to discussions.

Even judging by the name it is clear that they think they are Albert Einstein or something. Only gets worse throughout the episodes. Very Occasionally somewhat interesting though

I first followed this podcast 5 years ago. The debates were thought stimulating and widened my perspective. Most shows are still like this, however many of the shows about race are one-sided, unnuanced and even mislabelled as ‘debates’
