    Past Life Party

    Past Life Party

Join the party of a lifetime where kids remember their past lifetimes and are kind enough to share.
We hear a tale about a young boy who remembers when he was a 50 year old man being in the twin towers during 9/11.
Alissa shares a fascinating tale of a young lad who was given a necklace in his past life only to miraculously find it in his current life.
Britt shares a devastating story of a kid who remembers drowning as an adult. She remembers that she had a baby of her own, a dog, a husband and a friend who watched her drown.
Speaking of drowning, Alissa found a child who was certain they were a passenger on the Titanic when it sunk all those years ago. Ironically, they actually had relatives who had drowned onboard the ship.
Speaking of past life family members, Britt shares a tale of a young baby who is very likely the reincarnate of her great great aunt. She remembered her parents who just happened to be her mom's great grandparents.
When a little boy keeps telling everyone he is actually a little black girl, his parents are not only supportive but ask all the questions and do the right thing by telling us their story.
Britt takes a dark turn when she shares a tale of a young boy who is so grateful for her current mommy because his old mommy STABBED him to death.
Alissa finished the episode about a story of a child who remembered how they died in a huge tornado in their past life. They were able to tell their name, where it happened, and when it happened, the best part is all of it actually did happen just like they said!

    Vacation Horrors

    Vacation Horrors

This will make you feel a lot better about missing out on your spring break vacation this year.

The ladies share tales of vacation horrors of the likes you wish to never encounter.

Alissa starts off the episode with a story of a young kid vacationing on the Texas coast in Galveston. He's awoken by a young girl sharing a bed with him and his brother. He thinks it's his little sister and tells her to get up. She listens and leaves the bed.
The next morning he discovers his sister was never in his bed.
We then discover that the Hotel Grand Galvez, is littered with paranormal happenings including one such tale of 90 orphans who were killed by a hurricane in the early 1900s and who like to regularly stay at the hotel.

Britt shares a story from the Mermaid Inn in Rye of a person just trying to go to sleep and a ghost who refuses to let this happen. Noise machines turning on and off, squeaky beds, hangers jangling, wardrobes banging, and handprints appearing on the pillow.
Eventually they learn the trick for the following nights, just get drunk.

You think after you go on vacation to a haunted place, you'll be safe once you're home. Well, Alissa has a story that will have you believe otherwise.

Britt tops off the night with a tale from Byron when he visited Niagara Falls back in the 60's. It involves a little girl's dog, an Uncle with a great New York accent, and a dramatic twist of fate.

    Paranormal Payday

    Paranormal Payday

Looking for an excuse not to go to work tomorrow?
    We got you covered.
These tales from the workplace will make you too freaked out to possibly even begin to think about going to work ever again.

Our first story begins in the 70’s where a young man finds a great job in Chicago but right before he’s meant to leave, he has a terrible accident and is unable to go. Fate stepped in though because his would-have-been boss turned out to be none other than John Wayne Gacy.

Alissa leaves our jaws on the floor with her stories from Pascagoula, Mississippi. They involve time warps, ghosts, ufos, folklore, and more!

Britt regails a tale of a Hallmark store from the 90’s and a bored, possibly lonely dad who just can’t get enough Precious Moments.

While cleaning a locked hallway, we hear in Alissa’s story, how they are greeted with a young child dressed in dated clothing. Was it a ghost or a kid really good at breaking into late night empty hallways?

Britt breaks all of our hearts and makes us rush to turn on the lights when she shares a tale of someone working in a lab at Virginia Tech who encounters a spirit from the tragedy that took place there in 2007.

The evening is wrapped up with a horrifying and kind of delightful tale of a real estate photographer who photographs all sorts of haunted houses but one basement in particular really give him the goose bumps.

    Irish-ish Spirits

    Irish-ish Spirits

In honor of St. Patrick's Day this week's episode brings tales of murder,  mystery, mayhem and hauntings from the on the Emerald Isle of Ireland. And may be one story from a nearby Isle.

There is nothing more Irish than a haunted pub and Cavanaugh's Pub in Dublin may be the most haunted of them all. Built adjacent to a cemetery, digging up dirt from the graveyard and throwing it against the side of the pub is a favorite pastime of customers. It may come as no surprise that this bar is haunted AF.

The ghosts of Northern Ireland are a bit more agressive and have been known to slap the bejesus out of people. At least that's the ghost that haunts 91 Beechmont Grove's favorite thing to do. She is described as a Victorian woman wearing a black dress and she does not mess around.

The Maiden Tower isn't just a rad name for an 80s hair band, it's also the name of the brothel run by accused  witch Dorcus "Darkey"  Kelley, the focus of Britt's second story. According to legend, Darkey got mixed up with a a member of the Hellfire Club, a devil worshipping secret society for18th century playboys and it cost her her life. To this day she is seen quietly walking the streets of Dublin.

And then for the last story, it's just a hop skip and a jump over the pond to the Irishish country of England and a pub with links to Jack the Ripper. Something unholy is happening in the basement and one bartender isn't sticking around to find out what the entity wants.

Happy Saint Patricks Day and Top of the Evening to you!

    Haunted Portland

    Haunted Portland

Alissa travels the globe to come to the land of Britt, aka Portland, so the team decides to share the haunts of the town that somehow involve a lot of strippers, prostitutes, and scary little girls.

In this episode, you’ll hear a first person story about a strange encounter near an iconically creepy location, The Witch's Castle and the dark past that haunts the lands today.

Another iconic haunted location is McMenamins White Eagle Saloon that is littered with ghosts and paranormal activity. One such story involves a lurking cowboy shadow that enters a couple’s room as they try to sleep.

We hear of an evil farm boy who chases an unsuspecting Portland girl in her car only to discover this farm boy has been dead for over 100 years.

The Lone Fir Cemetery in Portland is notoriously haunted with the living and the dead. We hear of a story about a possible ghost or man on PCP, a person dressed in goth attire berating cemetery guests, and apparitions of Emma Merlotin, a murdered prostitute who is seen carrying a hatchet, the weapon that was used to kill her.

The evening is topped off with a story of a haunted aquarium store here in Portland with the EVP of a little girl to prove it.

Sunshine-Flower ,

Love you guys!

I have been listening to Britt and Alissa since the beginning but only now got around to writing a review. Spooky season is my favorite and this podcast makes me feel the perfect amount of spooky all year long! I have so much fun listening to these ladies tell stories about everything unusual, but honestly, I would listen to them chat about anything because I feel like I’m hanging out with friends when they are on! Thank you for being you!

Our modern day Elvira’s

I'm absolutely fascinated by all things paranormal with just one exception. I have no interest in having any personal experiences with such a thing. Phasmophobia perhaps? In fact, when planning a trip I only have two conditions for perspective hotels or short term rentals. They must be in walking distance of local offerings (Bars) and they can not in any way look haunted or have any historical significance to paranormal anything. So what’s a vicarious adventurer to do? Tune into paranormal podcasts, duh. My favorite being Skeletales! No pretentious, scientific blah, blah here. Just great stories genuinely delivered from two hosts that are as entertained by the content as the audience. I tend to covet the episodes, saving them in order to binge listen during some endless mile drive. One episode after the next exhausting the collection till all that’s left is the whir of the wheels.
Thanks for the great work,
Steve H

Love you ladies

I am definitely in the “I’m a total scaredy cat, but can’t get enough spooky stories,” weird I know. This podcast is so awesome, the story are chilling but you ladies are hilarious! The episode about Meep the cat had me cracking up with A’s cat sounds, so so funny
