I really like the new home screen as it makes it easier to navigate around the app but I have a problem when it comes to earning rubies. When I try to press the watch ads button, it only says something along the lines of ‘there are no more ads to watch’ even if I haven’t watched an ad since I downloaded the app. Also can you add the option to download games to earn rubies? I don’t know if it's because I’m using iOs but the only way to earn rubies in the app is to answer a survey or a quiz. The surveys are time-consuming and the quizzes are limited so if you don’t have the time it’s hard to earn rubies. Other than that, the app is good and I like the fact that it allows international fans to contribute in votes and help their idol gain music show wins and more.

It’s my first time using the app and I just recently downloaded this. I have been a Kpop fan for over a decade already and I did not know how to access votings that could help my idols’ wins, since I find it very complicated. Now that we are living in a digital world, all of the votings or any means that could help the idols in some ways have been made possible because of apps like this. The app is very useful for me as an international fan since I get to vote and support them in some way that I can even if I’m physically far from them—it’s like a win-win situation where I could support and be updated with them while the idols would benefit for this too. And it’s a plus since it’s already in English, and everything in Hangul always have English subtitles. I never struggled using the app since the notices are always available and the Q&A which are very helpful for me as a newbie. Also, the good thing is while supporting the idols, I could at least somehow help in the environment especially that apps like this have charity events. If I would change one thing in the app, it might be the limitations in voting—I hope you allow us users to cast more votes/hearts as much as we like. Thank you for making an update and making the app more easy to use 🤗but I hope the posting section we can have a search bar where we can search the specific acc and maybe add the times we can watch the ads and also when the voting started can we vote more than 300 because we collected a lot of rubies but we can’t use all of them to vote 🥺thank you for working hard and congrats.🎊🍾I hope more people will use this app and review it with 5 stars 🤩.
