Highly recommend Coach Jordan! I’m surprised at how good his classes are. I’ve had many great trainers and been to many gyms/classes. And I was very surprised at how much I liked his classes! He will push you if he knows you can handle it. But also will let you slow down if you need it. He does it quietly and discreetly. No one is watching you. Everyone is focusing on themselves. Everyone who’s trying to lose weight and get stronger should try it. They offer a 7-day free trial. My favorite is the cooling towels at the end!

I 100% have seen the benefits of what the training ISI provides. I’m a heavier guy, old-ish guy. I work behind a desk all day. No matter your fitness level ISI has figured out how to help the new comer as well as one who has gone to the gym for years. The staff is very encouraging and friendly, the trainer knows when to push you beyond your comfort zone and I like the warm up and cool down before and after the workout. if you come, you will not be disappointed.
