I cannot accept that I must be a member such that I can order. Can’t we order as guest? This is ridiculous and I hate to be so many membership which I have to share my personal information. And some meals must be ordered by the apps! That’s another poorly designed as well.
So many personal info required to place order
Why do you need to know of my personal info to open an account in order to place a dine in order. And there is no skip button
No opt-out option
Why should you become a member just to order a bowl of noodles? There should be an option for guest visit and better use it as web platform instead of forcing ppl to download the app on the spot.
