    About Ryan Chaw
Ryan graduated as a Pharmacist in 2016 and worked at a hospital in Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics. Working in the hospitality field, he built the skills necessary for becoming a great landlord.
Ryan purchased one single-family home a year and slowly built up a reputation at his local college for having high-quality student housing rental spaces. Because he rented by the room, there was double the rental income and a lot more cash flow compared to renting by the whole house. By the age of 28, he became a millionaire and was making multiple 6 figures in rental income on his student rentals.
He started building a community of like-minded creative real estate investors who focus on getting one deal at a time. They provide great quality affordable student housing and have a lot of fun doing it.
In his free time, he travels to many foreign countries to just absorb the culture and life outside of California.

    About Blake Choisnet
Blake Choisnet is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and coach. He did what was told of him, got great degrees that ‘would pay well’, worked hard, and then proceeded to be lulled into boredom and exasperation by the 9-5 life. Realizing he needed to find a way out of his full time job so he could actually live his life, he did something he thought he’d never be able to do: he started investing in real estate. What started with $10k of hard-earned savings (‘stupid money’ for tuition to the school of hard knocks) turned into a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio in 18 months. 12 months later he had enough monthly cashflow to cover all expenses and retired at the age of 32 despite his boss offering to double his salary to stay. He continued to hone his skills of finding below-market deals, raising private money, deal analysis, and real estate tax strategies, and within 5 years of buying his first property he became the first self-made millionaire in his family line.
Blake now splits his time between growing his real estate portfolio and teaching new investors how to get started investing in real estate. He believes real estate investing is a science, not an art, and can be learned and mastered by anyone. He’s helped hundreds of new investors acquire over $50M of cashflowing real estate. When Blake isn’t coaching or buying new properties, he’s spending time with his wife Brittany and son Brandon.

    About Kaylee McMahon
Kaylee is originally from Portland Oregon and she founded the Cashflow QueenTM Education Network group in Dallas. She has a podcast called #1 leading ladies where she interviews kick-ass women who are disrupting their industry and the REAL story of how they got where they are. She is developing technology to help make it easy and convenient for women to learn how to make passive income through apartment investing - the Shevest app.
Kaylee has done home flipping, note buying, active/passive investing in apartments, and sometimes is her own lender as she feels that to be truly confident in giving advice, one should NEVER take advice from someone who has never gone through these things themselves.
Kaylee has purchased over 70 million in multifamily real estate as a General partner and principal. She sold over 3 million dollars in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full-time syndication role.
She is always learning about multifamily operations through IREM, and adding more standard operating procedures and KPIs to get her and her partners the best return on investment.
She gets joy from keeping women from common abuse and pitfalls from doing business alone and giving them tools to protect themselves online and in business. She stands for justice in her actions in Civil and Criminal court.
The entire backbone of what gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why” to create financial independence and safe space for those experiencing codependency and toxic relationships. Her culture models this why and is “Changing the face of multifamily” to bring more women into the light as powerhouse operators, key principles, construction managers, limited partner investors and mentors. We will create 1 billion invested by, for, and with women by 2030.
