Not UI friendly and iphone compatible
Whenever I make changes or actions there would be a blank page that would pop uo in the app and nothing will happen until you close the app and open again. The problem is I can’t link my policy in the app because of this and I don’t know of my linking had proceeded or if there were incorrect details. Please fix this issue. I am using an iphone12 with the latest iOS version. I’ve tried this a few months ago and had the same issue. I thought I’d give it a chance again but still encounter the same issue. Please fix this because otherwise the app is totally useless to me.

App is not updating client information
The app in general is slow. I tried to update my address and contact information on the app but it does not change after successfully saving the information. Same goes with my beneficiary, I tried to update the email address but it just won’t change, even after several tries, I even restarted the app multiple times after each successful entry of information, but still none.

Features are new plus helpful for your health!
Features are really new especially the symptom checker. I don’t have to google everything just to see if there’s something wrong with my health. Symptom checker can easily provide you with suggestions of what might be experiencing and the causes. I also like the health related articles for awareness. Features help you better take care of your health which are just on the palm of your hand!
