Highly recommended &. riveting story!
Loved reading the engaging the engrossing paranormal story. When Hudson's best friend, River, is attacked, Hudson comes to her rescue, gets beaten up, almost dies, and wakes up the next morning a physically different person with muscles, strength, good looks, etc., and doesn't know what happened. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and full of twists and turns, action, mystery, and romance.
Crazy nerd
Excellent banter between Huff and River. Follow the nerdy, scrawny kid who decides to go to college where his best friend is. Experience all the crazy things that happen in just 2 days of him being there.
Who wants to be a hero!
Loved this book. Tried to read it slowly so it would not end. What started off as a tragedy ends in getting the justice that was deserved for everyone. Huff was just a typical boy that was bullied until he decided to stand up for someone he loved. In true Mimi fashion the hunt for clues as who did it and why had me second guessing who did it. Loved the story of the unlikely hero and the cliffhanger means I get to spend more time with Huff. Great start to this series.
