I accidentally sold a item now I do not know if I can cancel it It was a Xbox One Poor Condition and I did not cash out anything because it was a accident so I wondered if there was a way for you guys to put it back because I did not mean to do it and I didn’t take a dime and I had sold it thinking I don’t need to ship it anywhere until I figured out I need to ship it you guys so I tried everything to remove it but it did not work so I uninstalled the app thinking it be gone but it wasn’t so please put it back because I can’t ship it anywhere and I did not know that I had to ship it.

Waste of time!

I used twig to try and sell a brand new designer hoodie , they offered me a reasonable price so I accepted it. I sent it off to then hear nothing from them. I then received an email saying they were sending it back, without any reason why! After trying to get hold of someone which seemed absolutely impossible I finally got a response, apparently my hoodie was in the process of being reviewed?! I checked the app and it said my hoodie had not been accepted! Again tried to get hold of someone who then explained my hoodie was still being reviewed! I sent screenshots of my app again no response! I once again tried to get hold of someone on the virtual app to which I had no response, I then tried the email, again a very slow response! They were then telling me two different Things! Honestly don’t waste your time, incredibly hard to get hold of someone, and a very stressful experience! I’ve tried to track my parcel however it’s now telling me the tracking number is not working!

Disappointing

I was looking forward to using the app and thought it might be useful. I tried to sell an item that is designer, brand new with tags and unworn and was offered a frankly insulting price. I was given the option to negotiate with the bot ‘Slomo’ however and through this was able to negotiate to a feasible price which I accepted. However once the negotiation was completed the price reset to the original price and it was as though the negotiation and agreement never existed. I deleted the item and went through the whole rigmarole of doing the negotiation again; again getting to a price I was happy with and doing a deal and again the price reset to the original lowball offer. It appears either the app itself, or the link with the negotiation part of the app is not fit for purpose. Disappointing as I thought the app may be of use, but I appear to be wrong.

Hi Jrdntndy, thanks for letting us know that Slomo let you down on the haggling. He's new and we're teaching him. We have some changes in our process that we hope will fix all of your issues. Please give us a bit of time to implement those and test them and we'll let you know when it's done - we'd love you to try again then.
