Michelle is a movement and breathwork coach, Yoga Teacher, a Massage Therapist, and emotional intelligence enthusiast and always-practicing student of life.  Michelle focuses much of her work on mental health by sharing her own personal struggles with depression, bulimia, and a couple of major mental breakdowns when she was 17 and another when she was 36, but for the past 10 years she has been seeking different avenues to add to her toolbox of practices to better serve herself and others.
