In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 10, my parents took me to buy my first guitar. I remember sitting in the back of our van and plucking the open strings in a certain order trying to play "Under the Bridge". I got so stoked about it (though the notes were actually wrong) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Incubus, Morning View Radiohead, Kid A The list of albums that totally shifted my thinking in music and songwriting is far larger than this, but these albums taught me all sorts of things that definitely exist in everything I've put out so far. Tell us why you chose this song. “Overland” This song is about belonging, a strong subject for me and something that I think underscores a lot within our lives. It's something I struggle with as a musician and as a human. Overland is also one of few songs of mine with a guitar solo in it!
