This review is from the perspective of a 12 year old which highlights how this residence is extremely amazing for adults and children for any people looking to come.
Upon first glance we could instantly tell how amazing our stay was going to be. The welcome complimentary drinks and snacks were a great first impression and all the staff were very respectful and considerate, and would always provide help. The amenities like the Lemon Garden and the swimming pool were great asset to a family stay, as we could help ourselves to delicious buffet breakfast or swim below the Twin Towers. The location was brilliant for exploring the city and easily accessing attractions and landmarks like the KL Tower, shopping malls and the Petronas Towers. The room was comfortable and had incredible views over the city, and the room service was fast and reliable and organised our rooms every day. Thanks from the family for all the assistance, and thanks from me, for all the incredible experiences.
Great new App!!
Updated to the new app today and have had a play with it, and it seem great! Staying 75 nights plus each year with Shangri La means I’m going to make good use of this, and the app check-in is super efficient and easy to use. Reservations also easy and painless! Well done Shangri-La!
