Answers mismatch in Sanskrit

I took the Sanskrit & the problems are as such:-
- Audio/Picture doesn’t match with given options.
- Audio/Picture is matching with the correct one, but still shows incorrect.
- Questions like What is Suprabhaatam?
Options- 1) Abc 2) Suprabhaatam 3) Some other Sanskrit word 4) other Sanskrit word [You got the point, I hope.]
Please add a feature to report the mismatched answers via the app like in Duolingo.
Please fix the bugs at your earliest.
Thanks.
