Kailey Lefko started her teaching journey as a science teacher and after becoming aware of how mindfulness helped students develop their SEL skills in the classroom, was inspired to create Educalme Inc to help other teachers use mindfulness techniques in their own classrooms. In addition to Educalme, Kailey has a podcast called The Balanced Educator that talks about mindfulness in education.
