Poor performance
We have used the prior application, Note Vault, for 4 years without any of the headaches or issues that Synchro Note has. Since the integration reports will not load, information and pictures are being lost, commonly used characters are not allowed, reports are not being exported in a timely manner and the overall performance of the application and support team are subpar. I would not recommend this application to anyone.
Forced to change services
We have been using Notevault with no issues for years and now that it has merged with Bentley it’s been nothing but a headache on both the app and web based program. I am in search for a new platform that actually makes daily reporting easier and not more time consuming like this does
Seriously terrible program
Riddled with errors and when pointed out to the development team, their response is, “Can’t you just deal with it?”. So much wrong with this program it’s futile to list it all here. Suffice to say - use ANY other program. Go ahead, use it and see for yourself…
